雾化吸入普米克令舒、沐舒坦及博利康尼佐治毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的 探讨普米克令舒、沐舒坦和博利康尼雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 随机抽样,把65例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组32例和对照组33例,两组均采用综合治疗,治疗组给予米普克令舒液1 ml(0.5 mg),沐舒坦2 ml(15 mg),博利康尼1 ml(2.5 mg)雾化吸入,对治疗后症状、体征改善时间进行比较.结果 治疗组缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音持续时间均明显优于对照组.结论 雾化吸入普米克令舒、沐舒坦和博利康尼能明显改善毛细支气管炎的治愈过程,而且安全、有效、方便,该方法佐治毛细支气管炎疗效满意.

Observation of clinical effects of the inhalation pulmicort respules ambroxol Hcl and terbutaline on 65 cases of bronchiolitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the inhalation pulmicort respules ambroxol Hcl and terbutaline on bronchiolistis. Methods 65 cases of bronchiolitis were devided into two groups randomly. Both groups were treated with synthetic therapy. 32 cases in study group were assist-treated with pulmicort respules 1 ml(0.5 mg)ambroxoe Hcl 2 ml(15 mg)and terbutaline 1 ml(2.5 mg) inbaltion. The clinial effects were evaluated in both groups after the treatment. Results The observed group was superior to the control group in relieving asthma and shortening the continued time of wheezing sound. Conclusion Pulmicort respules ambroxoe Hcl and terbutaline inhalation is effective, safe and convenient to treat bronchiolitis, which can assist to treat brouchilits satisfiedly.
