清热凉血汤治疗银屑病进行期临床及实验室观察

目的观察清热凉血汤治疗银屑病进行期的临床疗效及血液流变学变化。方法将63例患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例用清热凉血汤内服治疗,对照组31例用复方青黛胶囊治疗。结果严重程度指数(PASI)评分:两组治疗后与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后8周治疗组分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组(81.3%)明显优于对照组(51.6%)(P<0.01)。血液流变学检测:治疗组治疗前后各项指标差异均有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后各项指标比较差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后各项指标比较差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清热凉血汤治疗银屑病进行期有较好的临床效果和改善血液黏稠度的作用。

Clinical and Laboratory Observation of Heat-clearing and Blood-cooling Soup in Treating Psoriasis at Progressing Stage

Objective To observe the clinical effects and blood rheology chages of curcuma in treating psoriasis with heat-clearing and blood-cooling soup.Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases in therapy group were treated with heat-clearing and blood-cooling soup and 31 cases in control group were treated with compounded Qingdai capsule.Results The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score: After treatment, the score of both groups is sighificantly lower than before (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the score of therapy group is obviously lower than control group (P<0.05). The total efficiency rate of the therapy group(81.3%) was significantly higher than control group(51.6%) (P<0.01). Blood rheology measurement: Every norm differences of therapy group before and after the treatment has an evident statistic significance (P<0.01). Every norm differences of control group before and after the treatment have no evident statistic significance(P<0.05).Every norm differences of both groups before and after the treatment has an evident statistic significance(P<0.01). Conclusion Heat-clearing and blood-cooling soup in treating psoriasis at progressing stage has better clinical effects and a function of improving blood viscosity.
