阿托伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征早期血脂和炎症因子的影响

目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征患者(ACS)早期应用阿托伐他汀对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:48例ACS患者随机分成阿托伐他汀治疗组(治疗组)与常规治疗组(常规组),治疗组在患者发病48h内口服阿托伐他汀(20m g/d)。应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法和Q u icR ead法分别测定二组血浆中治疗前、治疗4周时肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平,并设健康对照组(健康组)。结果:ACS患者CRP、TNF-a、IL-6水平较健康组明显升高(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组CRP、TNF-a、IL-6水平均较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但治疗组下降更显著,治疗组与常规组治疗后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:ACS早期患者血浆CRP、TNF-a、IL-6水平较健康人明显升高,ACS早期应用阿托伐他汀治疗可明显降低血脂和血浆炎症因子水平。

Enfluences of early treatment with Atorvastatin on blood lipid and inflammatoryfactors in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective: To study the influence of early treatment with Atorvastatin on blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: Forty-eight patients with ACS were divided into two groups randomly:controlled group(n=24) with conventional drugs and treatment group(n=24) with added Atorvastatin 20mg per day within 48 hours from onset.The levels of c-reaction protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) and interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured before and after treatment of 4 weeks by ELISA and QuicRead method respectively.25 healthy subjects served as the normal group(healthy group).Results: Compared with healthy group,the levels of CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 were notably increased in ACS patients(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of CRP,TNFa and IL-6 were significantly decreased in both controlled and treated groups.And the effect was more apparent in Atorvastatin treated group.Conclusions :Early treatment with Atorvastatin could significantly reduce blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with ACS.
