| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外用中药祛斑霜治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将105例患者分为治疗组70例和对照组35例。治疗组外用祛斑霜治疗,对照组外用迪维霜,疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效并测定每组治疗前后血清SOD值。结果治疗组总有效率为84.29%,对照组为71.43%（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前后SOD值均无明显改变。结论中药祛斑霜对治疗黄褐斑有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Quban Cream" in treating Chloasma.Methods 105 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 70 cases were treated with "Quban Cream" and control group in which another 35 cases were treated with Tretinoin cream,with a course of three months.The clinical efficacy and SOD activity and MDA content were detected before and after treatments.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 84.29% in treatment group and 71.43% in control group... |
