| 摘 要： | 目的:通过测定神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体在早期自然流产和正常早孕者绒毛组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:收集自然流产者30例作为研究组和正常早孕人工流产者30例作为对照组,采用两步法原位杂交免疫组化方法检测两组对象绒毛组织中NGF及其受体高亲和型酪氨酸蛋白激酶类受体(TrkA)和P75的表达差异。结果:P75在绒毛组织染色阳性标本中的平均染色分值研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);NGF及其受体TrkA在绒毛组织染色阳性标本中的平均染色分值研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NGF及其受体TrkA,P75在自然流产绒毛组织中异常表达可能与自然流产的发病机理有关。
