| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨长效达菲林联合阴道超声引导下穿刺治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的近期疗效。方法:分析卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿116例临床资料,观察组囊肿穿刺术前后服用长效达菲林3个月,对照组单用长效达菲林3个月且不穿刺,比较随访6个月的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率(80.70%)明显高于对照组(54.24%),复发率(8.77%)低于对照组(25.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:长效达菲林联合阴道超声下囊肿穿刺抽液治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,操作简单,疗效明确,是治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿安全有效的方法。
