莫西沙星序贯疗法治疗支气管肺炎的效果观察

目的 观察莫西沙星序贯疗法治疗支气管肺炎的疗效及安全性.方法 66例支气管肺炎患者在知情同意情况下按入院单双号随机分为观察组和对照组各33例,两组在常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用莫西沙星400 mg,1次/d,静脉滴注,至临床治愈;观察组采用莫西沙星序贯疗法治疗,莫西沙星先静脉滴注后口服治疗.比较两组临床疗效、临床症状变化、住院时间、不良反应发生情况等.结果 观察组临床总有效率96.97%明显高于对照组的90.91%,（x2=8.2,P＜0.05）,观察组体温正常时间、咳喘消失时间、胸片正常时间、平均住院时间分别为（2.3±0.4）d、（3.6±1.3）d、（5.3±1.1）d、（8.3±1.6）d,对照组分别为（3.6±0.5）d、（6.4±1.6）d、（10.1±0.8）d、（13.3±1.6）d,两组差异均有统计学意义（t=2.309、2.617、3.134、3.157,均P＜0.05）;两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 莫西沙星序贯疗法治疗支气管肺炎可提高临床治疗效果,迅速改善临床症状,不增加不良反应发生率.

The clinical effect of moxifloxacin sequential treatment on bronchial pneumonia

Objective To discuss the effect of moxifloxacin sequential treatment on bronchial pneumonia.Methods Patients in study group were treated by sequential treatment,and patients in control group were only intravenously dripped only with moxifloxacin.The clinical effect,changes of clinical symptoms,hospital stay time and adverse events of two groups were observed.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of study group Was significandy higher than control group(x2=8.2,P＜0.05).The clinical fever clearance time,cough disappeared time,and normal chest X-ray time of study group were significantly less than control group(t=2.309,2.617,3.134,3.157,P＜0.05).Conclusion Moxifloxacin sequential treatment of bronchial pneumonia had better effects.It had advantages to shorter hospital stay time,improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
