| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术与保乳根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法分析两种术式治疗的乳腺癌患者临床资料.结果 两组患者的5年生存率（78%与82%）、远处转移率（5%与2%）、复发率（5%与4%）差异均无统计学意义（χ2=0.18、0.23、0.12,均P＞0.05）.两组患者术后生活质量评分和体力状况评分差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）,两组患者均无术后并发症发生.结论 乳腺癌改良根治术和保乳根治术远期疗效较好,但保乳术在外观上有优势,值得临床探讨.
