| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创手术治疗腰椎北京市盘突出症的临床疗效。方法50例腰椎间盘突出患者，25例患者采用后路显微内镜下椎间盘切除术治疗，25例采用传统方法治疗，比较两种方法的疗效。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组，手术时间显著较短。治疗组患者发生竖脊肌血肿1例，对照组患者有9例术后出现不同程度的腰痛，2例患者术后发生坐骨神经痛表现。结论后路显微内镜下椎间盘切除术创伤较小，手术时间短，术后恢复较快，值得临床上进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery, on herniated lumbar disc.Methods 50 patients of herniated lumbar disc were selected, and 25 patients were treated by micro endoscopy discectomy (MED).Results The treatment effect was better in treatment group, and the surgery time was shorter.1 case in treatment group had erector spinae hematoma, and 9 patients in control group had lumbago, while 2 cases had sciatica behavior.Conclusion The injury of MED was small,the surgery time was shorter,and the recovery was quicker,and it could be popularized in the clinic. |
