奥曲肽治疗重症胰腺炎疗效观察

目的观察奥曲肽注射液治疗重症胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法91例重症胰腺炎患者随机分为奥曲肽治疗组（实验组）46例和常规治疗组（对照组）45例。两组均给予基础治疗，实验组在对照组基础上给予奥曲肽治疗方案。比较两组患者治疗后腹痛腹胀、胰腺水肿、血尿淀粉酶及白细胞恢复时间、住院天数、并发症发生率及病死率等指标。结果两组腹痛腹胀、胰腺水肿、血尿淀粉酶及白细胞恢复时间、住院天数、并发症发生率及病死率等方面差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论奥曲肽辅助治疗重症胰腺炎，疗效肯定，值得临床上广泛推广。

The treatment effect of octreotide on severe pancreatitis

Objective To explore the treatment effect of severe panereatitis by oetreotide injection.Methods 91 patients with severe pancreatitis were randomly divided into oetreotide treatment group( experimental group) 46 cases and the conventional therapy group (control group) 45 cases.Both groups were given basic treatment, experimental group were given octreotide treatment on the basis of the control group.Results Two groups were compared with significant differences in patients with abdominal distension, pancreatic edema, urine amylase and white blood cell recovery time ,hospital stay, complication rate and mortality rate etc.after treatment of abdominal pain (P < 0.05 ).Effects in experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Octreotide was more effective in the treatment of severe pancreatitis ,worthing widely promoted in clinical.
