东北地区武警森林部队基层战士扑火常见伤病调查

目的了解东北地区武警森林部队基层战士扑火时常见伤病。方法按照多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,从东北地区森警部队抽取若干基层中队,对所抽取中队的全部义务兵和土官进行问卷调查。调查结果与美国相应资料比较。结果按受伤次数排名前3位的伤类足：动物／昆虫咬伤、交通伤和跌伤,绝大部分为轻伤,没有重伤。脚泡、擦伤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病的发生率较高。结论中国扑火人员伤病情况较美国严重,东北地区武警部队防护装备和措施不够完善,有待加强。

Investigation of the common injuries/diseases caused by battlefront firefighting carried out by the Forest Armed Police Forces in the Northeast Region of China

Objective To investigate the prevalence of common injuries and diseases caused by battlefront firefighting carried out by the Forest Armed Police Forces in the Northeast region of China. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 433 soldiers and sergeants selected from the Forest Armed Police Force located in the Northeast Region of China, by multistage stratified random sampling to investigate the prevalence of the common injuries and diseases. Corresponding US data were used for comparison. Results The first three categories of injuries were listed as animals/insects bites, traffic trauma, and falling injuries. Most of them were considered minor. The incidence rates of foot bubble, bruise, and respiratory and digestive diseases were high. Conclusion The incidence rates of injuries and diseases among the battlefront firefighting soldiers and sergeants are higher than those in US. Relevant protective measures should be improved.
