Evaluation of clinical application of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing chronic heart failure with multiple causes

Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-cause chronic heart failure in the diagnosis of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound.Methods 64 patients with multi-cause chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were selected and included in the study group,and another 64 patients with healthy physical examination during the same period were included in the control group,and the two groups were compared with the results of the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound detection.Results The left ventricular end diastolic(LVDD)and left atrial diameter(LAD)in the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the LVEF index level in the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound index of the study group was(54.52±6.37)%,which was significantly higher than the(39.14±5.26)%before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound can quantitatively analyze the changes of LVDD,LAD,etc.,and can accurately calculate the left ventricular ejection fraction of patients,which provides a reference for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of patients with multi-cause chronic heart failure.Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound is a non-invasive examination with relatively simple operation and reproducible operation.It is especially suitable for the screening and diagnosis of heart diseases in the elderly,and provides a reference for formulating more personalized treatment plans.
