复方丹参滴丸联合缬沙坦在预防心肌梗死后继发心力衰竭中的应用价值

目的 分析复方丹参滴丸联合缬沙坦在预防心肌梗死后继发心力衰竭中的应用价值。方法 回顾性选取2013年12月至2019年12月本院收治的70例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法将其分为常规治疗组与联合治疗组,各35例。常规治疗组给予常规治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗组基础上采用复方丹参滴丸联合缬沙坦治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标（LVEF、CO、LAVI、E/e′）、24 h尿量、临床症状缓解时间、心力衰竭及病死发生情况。结果 联合治疗组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于常规治疗组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后,两组的LVEF、CO均高于治疗前,LAVI、E/e′均低于治疗前,且联合治疗组优于常规治疗组（P<0.05）。联合治疗组的24 h尿量多于常规治疗组,胸痛、呼吸困难、下肢水肿缓解时间均短于常规治疗组（P<0.05）。联合治疗组的心力衰竭发生率为8.57%、病死率为2.86%,均低于常规治疗组的28.57%和14.29%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在心肌梗死治疗中应用复方丹参滴丸联合缬沙坦治疗能够有效预防心力...

Application value of compound Danshen dropping pills combined with valsartan in the prevention of heart failure secondary to myocardial infarction

Objective To analyze the application value of compound Danshen dropping pills combined with valsartan in the prevention of heart failure secondary to myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 70 patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2019 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was given routine treatment,and the combined treatment group was treated with compound Danshen dropping pills combined with valsartan on the basis of the conventional treatment group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes(LVEF,CO,LAVI,E/e′),24 h urine volume remission,time of clinical symptoms,incidence of heart failure and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF and CO of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,LAVI and E/e′were lower than those before treatment,and those of the combined treatment group were better than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The 24 h urine volume in the combined treatment group was more than that in the conventional treatment group,and the remission time of chest pain,dyspnea and lower limb edema in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of heart failure and mortality in the combined treatment group were 8.57%and 2.86%respectively,which were lower than 28.57%and 14.29%in the conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compound Danshen dropping pills combined with valsartan in the treatment of myocardial infarction can effectively prevent the occurrence of heart failure.
