| Abstract: | Pneumonia is a common disease in children and one of the main causes of death in children around the world.The children under 5 years old are the more common incidence group of the disease.The main pathogens of community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in children are viruses,bacteria,atypical pathogens and fungus,and there are differences in pathogen distribution characteristics,detection methods,treatment and prognosis in CAP children with different infection sources.This paper aims to review the clinical features,pathogen distribution characteristics,detection methods,treatment and prognosis of CAP children related to common pathogen infection in recent years,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
