Effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uraemia patients and its influence on quality of life

Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uraemia patients and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 150 patients with uraemia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion on this basis.The renal function,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,water electrolyte balance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the level of renal function indexes(Scr,UA and BUN) of the two groups decreased,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the calcium and phosphorus metabolism(P,Ca and i PTH) and water electrolyte balance(Na⁺and K⁺) of the two groups significantly improved,those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the psychological function,physical function,social function,material life scores and total score of GQOLI-74 scale in the two groups increased,those of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uraemia patients can achieve better effect,which can help to improve renal function,regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism and water electrolyte balance,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
