早期治疗与康复一体化护理在脑卒中患者功能恢复中的应用效果

目的 探究早期治疗与康复一体化护理在脑卒中患者功能恢复中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的84例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,遵循数字随机法将其分为参照组（n=42,常规治疗与康复护理干预）和观察组（n=42,早期治疗与康复一体化护理）。比较两组患者干预前、后的神经功能缺损程度、肢体功能、日常生活能力、关节活动功能、肌肉收缩能力和血清细胞因子水平。结果 干预后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于参照组（P<0.05）。干预后,观察组的FMA、BI评分、AROM及IEMG均高于参照组（P<0.05）。干预后,观察组的BDNF、NGF、NT-3水平均高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 早期治疗与康复一体化护理在脑卒中患者功能恢复中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者的神经功能、肢体功能及关节活动功能。

Application effect of early treatment and rehabilitation integrated nursing in functional recovery of stroke patients

Objective To explore the application effect of early treatment and rehabilitation integrated nursing in functional recovery of stroke patients.Methods A total of 84 stroke patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into reference group(n=42,routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing intervention)and observation group(n=42,early treatment and rehabilitation integrated nursing)following the random method of numbers.The degree of neurological deficit,limb function,daily living ability,joint activity function,muscle contraction ability and serum cytokine levels were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FMA,BI scores,AROM and IEMG in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of BDNF,NGF and NT-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early treatment and rehabilitation integrated nursing in functional recovery of stroke patients has a significant application effect,and it can effectively improve the neurological function,limb function and joint activity function of patients.
