穴位贴敷、脐灸联合中药香囊治疗虚寒型体虚易感的疗效

目的 对虚寒型体虚易感患者应用穴位贴敷、脐灸联合中药香囊治疗的效果进行研究。方法 选择2019年6月—2020年12月医院收治的虚寒型体虚易感患者70例，按照抛硬币法将患者分为两组，即对照组、试验组。对照组35例患者应用穴位贴敷治疗，试验组患者35例，应用穴位贴敷、脐灸联合中药香囊治疗，以患者临床疗效、症状评分、炎症因子水平、症状持续时间、住院时间为观察指标，对两组观察结果予以统计比较。结果 与对照组比较，试验组临床总有效率（97.14%）明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。治疗后，试验组发热、流涕、鼻塞评分分别为（0.40±0.08）分、（0.23±0.06）分、（0.50±0.09）分，明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。治疗后，试验组C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(interleukin-12,IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）水平分别为（10.36±2.33）mg/L、（13.93±...

Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application,Umbilical Moxibustion Combined With Chinese Herbal Sachets in the Treatment of Susceptibility to Body Deficiency and Cold Type

Objective To study the effect of acupoint application and umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine sachets on patients susceptible to body deficiency and cold type.Methods Selected 70 patients who were susceptible to body deficiency and cold type in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020.The patients were divided into two groups according to the coin toss method,namely the control group and the experimental group.35 patients in the control group were treated with acupoint application,35 examples in the experimental group were used acupoint application and umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine sachets,taking the patient clinical curative effect,symptom grading,the inflammation factor level,the symptom duration,in hospital time as the observation target,counted the observed results comparison of two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group(97.14%)was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever,runny nose and nasal obstruction in the experimental group were(0.40±0.08)points,(0.23±0.06)points and(0.50±0.09)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-12(IL-12)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were(10.36±2.33)mg/L,(13.93±2.54)μg/L,(44.84±4.13)μg/L and(0.72±0.16)μg/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of symptoms and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were(6.71±1.23)h and(3.01±0.72)d,respectively,which were significantly shortened,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of acupoint application and umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine sachets for patients with susceptible to body deficiency and cold type is better,which can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and reduce the patient’s inflammatory response,speeds up the patient to be restored to health,is worth the clinical recommendation application.
