| Abstract: | Pulsed dye laser (PDL) is a liquid laser designed based on the theory of selective photothermolysis.It targets oxyhemoglobin and is the first-line method for the treatment of vascular dermatosis in the world.The 595nm wavelength is one of the most commonly used wavelengths of pulsed dye lasers.Currently,the 595nm pulsed dye laser with long pulse width and epidermal cooling technology has been widely used in the laser treatment of vascular dermatosis such as port wine stains,superficial hemangioma,and telangiectasia.This article reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the treatment of vascular dermatosis with 595nm pulsed dye laser,and summarizes its application status and progress in the treatment of vascular dermatosis. |
