Effects of patient mutual aid group based on WeChat platform combined with progressive goal nursing intervention on psychological resilience and health behavior of patients with stroke sequelae

Objective To explore the effects of patient mutual aid group based on WeChat platform combined with progressive goal nursing intervention on psychological resilience and health behavior of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke sequelae treated from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing intervention) and observation group(40 cases,routine nursing intervention + patient mutual aid group based on WeChat platform combined with progressive goal nursing intervention) by lottery method.The psychological resilience and health behavior of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Chinese version of the connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the health promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ(HPLP Ⅱ) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stroke sequelae,the use of patient mutual aid group based on WeChat platform combined with progressive goal nursing intervention can help to improve their psychological resilience and promote the cultivation of health behavior.
