乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

摘    要:目的 探讨乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2017年9月至2019年9月收治的130例婴幼儿支气管肺炎作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,发热、咳嗽、气喘、湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CRP及IL-6水平均降低,1,25-(OH)2D3水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3+、CD4+、IgA、IgG水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的临床效果显著,能够减轻临床症状及炎症反应,改善免疫功能,且安全性良好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acetylcysteine atomization inhalation in adjuvant treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 130 cases of infantile bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of fever,cough,asthma and wet rales were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 decreased and the level of 1,25-(OH)2D3 increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,IgA and IgG levels increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine atomization inhalation in adjuvant treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia has significant clinical effect,it can reduce clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction,and improve immune function,with good safety.
