| 摘 要： | 近年来,胃恶性肿瘤患者血栓并发症的发生率明显升高,已成为患者常见的死亡原因.血液高凝状态又称为血栓前状态,本文探讨血液高凝状态与胃恶性肿瘤的关系,以及恶性肿瘤患者血液高凝状态形成的相关危险因素、发生机制及预防.进而通过对血液高凝状态的认识来提高对胃恶性肿瘤患者血栓预防的效果,以期减少相关不良反应的发生.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the incidence of thrombotic complications in patients with gastric malignant tumors has increased significantly,and it has become a common cause of death in patients.The blood hypercoagulability is also called prethrombotic state.This article discusses the relationship between the blood hypercoagulability and gastric malignant tumors,as well as the related risk factors,occurrence mechanism and prevention of the formation of blood hypercoagulability in patients with malignant tumors.Furthermore,through the understanding of the blood hypercoagulability,the effect of preventing thrombosis in patients with gastric malignant tumors can be improved,in order to reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions. |
