Influence of diversified health education mode on hormone medication compliance of children with nephrotic syndrome

Objective To investigate the influence of diversified health education mode on hormone medication compliance of children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods A total of 180 children with NS treated in the nephrology department and renal outpatient of Xi’an children’s hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the order before and after admission,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education mode,and the observation group received diversified health education mode.The medication compliance and disease recurrence rate within half a year of the two groups were compared.Results The total medication compliance score of the observation group was(15.87±0.75),which was higher than(14.93 ±1.33) of the control group(P <0.05);the total medication compliance rate of the observation group was 85.56%,which was higher than 72.22% of the control group(P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate within half a year of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education mode is helpful to improve the hormone medication compliance of children with NS,and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
