| 摘 要： | 近年来,女性40岁之前因不同原因过早发生卵巢功能减弱并衰竭,非生理性闭经、月经异常、生育力降低甚至不孕,临床上称之为早发性卵巢功能不全(POI).其伴随出现的围绝经期症状和远期并发症给女生身心健康带来了困扰.但其病因繁多,发病机制复杂,至今仍未明确.本文就其病因机制研究进行综述,为其临床预防及诊治提供新思路.

| Abstract: | In recent years,some women before age of 40 will prematurely suffer from ovarian function weakening and failure due to various reasons,experience non physiological amenorrhea,abnormal menstruation,reduced fertility and even infertility.Clinically,it is called premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)and the successive perimenopausal symptoms and long-term complications have brought trouble to the physical and mental health of girls.It′s one of the clinical refractory gynecological diseases.There are various etiopathogenisis of it,and the pathogenesis is complex.Both of them are not clear.Therefore,this paper reviews the etiology of POI,in oder to provide the new ideas for the diagnose and therapy of POI from the origin. |
