Influences of WeChat platform combined with feedback health guidance on hospital and home health behaviors and cardiac function indexes of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the influences of WeChat platform combined with feedback health guidance on hospital and home health behaviors and cardiac function indexes of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with UAP of coronary heart disease received in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 42 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,and the observation group added WeChat platform combined with feedback health guidance on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of condition monitoring,medical compliance and diet management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of medication compliance,lifestyle improvement execution,rehabilitation exercise execution,risk factor control and regular follow-up execution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and 6 MWT was longer than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform combined with feedback health guidance used in nursing of patients with UAP of coronary heart disease can not only improve the hospital and home health behaviors,but also promote the cardiac function indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
