Application of Modern Human Resource Management Mechanism in Perfecting Hospital Management

Abstract:Nowadays,with the continuous development of the social economy and the continuous progress of the times,China’s medical and health services have also entered a period of rapid development.For this reason,as a member of important social organizations,modem hospitals are not only responsible for the task of saving the dead,but also promoting the social economy development and construction.Therefore,in order to gradually improve hospital management,its human resource management department is the first to bear the brunt.It must actively do a good job in the overall planning of the hospital’s internal personnel,the communication of personnel in various departments,staff performance and internal manpower control,so as to maximize the enthusiasm of employees and improve the hospital’s medical level and promote the development of the hospital.However,regarding the current status of human resource management in hospitals,there are still some problems.Therefore,this article starts with analyzing the importance and status of current hospital human resource management,and proposes several countermeasures for its human resource management,aiming to continuously improve hospital management.
