Application effect of perioperative personalized nursing in percutaneous vertebroplasty and its influence on patients'psychological state

Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative personalized nursing in percutaneous vertebroplasty and its influence on patients'psychological state.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,perioperative routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,perioperative personalized nursing)according to different nursing methods.The psychological state,postoperative pain and degree of dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the CD-RISC and GSES scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with postoperative pain gradeⅠin the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with gradesⅢandⅣwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the JOA score in the two groups increased,the ODI score decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative personalized nursing applied in percutaneous vertebroplasty has a significant effect,which can improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and then improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect.
