Application of ERAS Concept in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Single-hole Thoracoscopic Lobectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy on alleviating pain.Methods In this study,a total of 60 patients who underwent single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was chosen routine rehabilitation nursing,the observation group was chosen the idea of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)to intervene,and compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%>73.33%),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(6.67%<26.67%).The scores of pain and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the perioperative related indexes were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS concept in perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic lobectomy can not only effectively reduce the patients'physical pain,but also help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,speed up the process of rehabilitation and improve the patients'negative emotions,reduce the cost of treatment and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
