疼痛控制护理对膝关节骨折术后的效果观察及疼痛影响

目的 分析并研究膝关节骨折术后采取疼痛控制护理的临床效果及对疼痛程度的相关性影响。方法 以2018年8月—2020年10月为研究区间，以该区间本科室接诊的72例膝关节骨折手术患者为研究对象，以入院单双号分组，分为对照组（n=36）和观察组（n=36），对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予疼痛控制护理，比较两组效果。结果 干预后，两组SAS、SDS评分均有所下降，且观察组SAS、SDS评分与对照组相比显著下降（P <0.05）；观察组与对照组相比骨折愈合用时更短、Lysholm评分更高（P <0.05）；观察组术后1、3、5 d的VAS评分与对照组相比显著下降（P <0.05）；观察组康复锻炼依从率与对照组相比明显提高（P <0.05）；观察组护理满意度与对照组相比明显提高（P <0.05）。结论 膝关节骨折术后采取疼痛控制护理效果较好，可减轻术后疼痛，舒缓不良情绪，促进膝关节功能恢复，患者满意度高，安全有效，值得推广及借鉴。

Observation of the Effect of Pain Control Nursing on Knee Joint Fracture Operation and the Influence of Pain

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of pain control nursing after knee joint fracture surgery and its related influence on pain degree.Methods Taking the period from August 2018 to October 2020 as the study interval,a total of 72 patients with knee fracture received by the undergraduate department in this interval as the research objects.They were grouped by admission numbers and divided into control groups(n=36)and the observation group(n=36).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group took pain control nursing on the basis of the control group,and compare the effects of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter fracture healing time and higher Lysholm score(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group on the 1,3 and 5 days after operation were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pain control nursing after knee fracture surgery is satisfactory,it can reduce postoperative pain,relieve bad mood,and promote the recovery of knee joint function.The patient's satisfaction is high,it is safe and effective,and it is worthy of promotion and reference.
