| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of health education method with increasing advantage content combined with life hope plan intervention on hope level and mastery of health knowledge in adults after hernia surgery.Methods A total of 110 adult hernia patients who underwent hernia surgery in our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given health education method with increasing advantage content combined with life hope plan intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Herth hope scale,mastery of health knowledge and WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education method with increasing advantage content combined with life hope plan intervention applied in adults after hernia surgery can improve the hope level and mastery of health knowledge of patients,and their quality of life. |
