高等医学院校督导评价指标体系现状与建议

教学督导工作是高等医学院校质量控制保障体系的重要环节，督与导相辅相成，“督”即发挥监督与检验的作用，“导”即达到指导与评估的效果。督导评价指标是制约教学督导工作的关键影响因素，是体现医学院校整体教育教学质量水平的衡量标准，通过评价条件的设置与优化、评价分数的统计与分析，及时发现并解决教学中显现的问题。文章以首都医科大学为例，针对目前存在的督导评价体系现状进行分析，并提出可行性改进方向与建议。

Analysis on the current situation of the system of supervision and evaluation index

Teaching supervision and guidance is an important part of the quality control guarantee system in medical colleges.“Supervision”and“guidance”complement each other;the supervisors play the role of supervision and inspection to achieve the effect of guidance and evaluation.The supervision and evaluation indexes are key factors in teaching supervision work,and also the standards measuring the overall education and teaching quality in medical colleges.The evaluation criteria can be set and optimized,and the problems in teaching can be identified in time based on the statistics and analysis of evaluation scores.Taking Capital Medical University as an example,the authors analyze the current situation of supervision and evaluation system,and put forward feasible suggestions for improvement.
