新式可拆卸内窥镜挂架的应用体会

目的 比较新式可拆卸内窥镜挂架与传统挂架降低院内感染风险的差异性，同时观察二者使用便捷性、稳定性及对内窥镜磨损情况为新式内镜挂架推广应用提供依据。方法 使用内镜中心内窥镜60条，对每条内窥镜进行编号。1～30号使用传统内窥镜挂架，为对照组；31～60号使用可拆卸内窥镜挂架，为试验组。对比两组的稳定性、磨损程度和院感参数。结果 试验组减少挂存时间、取下时间及增加稳定性均优于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在减少划痕次数无明显优势。控制院感方面，试验组合格率为96.62%,对照组合格率为90.34%,试验组优于对照组。结论 新式内窥镜挂架能够方便使用减少工作量，且可定期低温灭菌，与传统挂架擦拭消毒相比较，保证了消毒灭菌的效果，降低院感发生率。

Application of a new easily disassembled endoscope rack in endoscopy center

Objective To compare the differences between the new removable endoscope rack and the traditional rack in reducing the risk of nosocomial infection,and observe the differences in the convenience,stability and endoscope wear of the two racks to provide a basis for the application of the new endoscope rack.Methods Sixty new endoscopes were used in the endoscopy center,including two groups of traditional endoscope hangers and detachable endoscope hangers,and each endoscope was numbered.Endoscope No.1 to No.30 used traditional endoscope rack as the control group,and endoscope No.31 to No.60 used detachable endoscope rack as the experimental group.The stability,wear degree and hospital sensitivity parameters were compared.The differences between the removable endoscope rack and the traditional rack in reducing the risk of nosocomial infection were observed.Meanwhile,the differences in the convenience,stability and endoscope wear of the two racks were observed to provide a basis for the application of the new endoscope rack.Results The new endoscope rack in the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the hanging time,removing time and increasing the stability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no obvious advantage in reducing the number of scratches.In terms of controlling hospital feeling,the qualified rate of the experimental group was 96.62%,and that of the control group was 90.34%,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion The new endoscope rack is convenient to use and can reduce the workload,and can be regularly sterilized at low temperature.Compared with the traditional rack for wiping and disinfecting,it ensures the effect of disinfection and sterilization and reduces the incidence of hospital feeling.
