Effect of Vinpocetine Combined With Plasmin on Hemorheology in Patients With Sudden Deafness

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vinpocetine combined with plasmin in patients with sudden deafness and its influence on hemorheology.Methods A total of 124 patients with sudden deafness who were treated by the department of otolaryngology,Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with intravenous plasmin injection,and the observation group was treated with vinpocetine on the basis of the control group.After 10 days of treatment,the patient’s effect was evaluated,and the two groups’blood rheology level,coagulation function,drug safety and tinnitus were compared.Results After 10 days of drug treatment,the observation group had lower whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,hematocrit and plasma viscosity than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s 10 d Fg level after treatment was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);APTT,TT and PT time were longer than those of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the treatment of the two groups,the incidence of abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,dizziness,drowsiness,hypotension and abnormal liver and kidney function were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The score of tinnitus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 10 days of treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining vinpocetine on the basis of plasmin can help improve the blood rheology of patients with sudden deafness,can improve the coagulation function of patients,effectively improve tinnitus,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
