Observation and rehabilitation nursing analysis of patients with gynecological general anesthesia after anesthesia resuscitation room

Purpose To explore the observation and rehabilitation nursing of gynecological general anesthesia patients in anesthesia resuscitation room.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with gynecological general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and study group,study group,40 group was divided into 40 patients,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,the incidence of adverse events and the retention time of anesthesia resuscitation room were observed,and the data were analyzed and counted.Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.50%,that in the control group was 17.50%,and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the duration of the anesthesia resuscitation the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative nursing of patients with general anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology,the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events,shorten the retention time of anesthesia resuscitation room,and accelerate the recovery after operation,which has high clinical value and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
