炙甘草汤联合常规西医治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床效果

目的 分析炙甘草汤联合常规西医治疗冠心病室性心律失常(CHDVA)的临床效果.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的60例CHDVA患者作为研究对象,采用双色球法随机将其分为对照组(30例,胺碘酮)和观察组(30例,炙甘草汤+胺碘酮).比较两组的临床疗效、心电图指标、心功能指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33％,高于对照组的73.33％,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的室性期前收缩数、短阵室速数、QT间期、QT离散度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的室性期前收缩数、短阵室速数、QT离散度均降低,QT间期均升高,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的LVEF均升高,LVESV、LVEDV均降低,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应总发生率为13.33％,低于对照组的36.67％,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 炙甘草汤联合常规西医治疗CHDVA的临床效果显著,可有效缓解心律失常,改善心电图指标及心功能,且安全性高,临床价值显著.

Clinical effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia(CHDVA).Methods A total of 60 CHDVA patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using the double-color ball method,the patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases,amiodarone)and observation group(30 cases,Zhigancao decoction+amiodarone).The clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram indexes,cardiac function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of ventricular premature contractions,short array ventricular tachycardia,QT interval and QT dispersion between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of ventricular premature contractions,short array ventricular tachycardia and QT dispersion in both groups decreased,QT interval increased,those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in LVEF,LVESV and LVEDV between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the LVEF in the two groups increased,the LVESV and LVEDV decreased,those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than 36.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Zhigancao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CHDVA has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively relieve arrhythmia,improve electrocardiogram indexes and cardiac function,and has high safety and significant clinical value.
