Application effect of intensive psychological nursing intervention in patients with angioneurotic headache and its improvement on negative emotion

Objective To explore the application effect of intensive psychological nursing intervention in patients with angioneurotic headache and its improvement on negative emotion.Methods A total of 68 patients with angioneurotic headache treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The improvement of headache symptoms,negative emotion and self feeling burden were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of headache symptom duration,headache degree and headache attack times in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of DASS-A,DASS-D and DASS-S in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of SPBS in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive psychological nursing intervention applied in patients with angioneurotic headache has a significant effect,which is helpful to promote the improvement of patients'symptoms and alleviate the burden of negative emotion and self feeling burden.
