| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in the treatment of facial depression deformity.Methods A total of 100 patients with facial depression deformity admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected retrospectively.According to the method of transplantation,the patients were divided into silicone transplantation treatment group and autologous fat granule group,with 50 cases in each group.The silicone transplantation treatment group were treated with silicone transplantation,the autologous fat granule group were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation.The clinical efficacy,complications and appearance satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the autologous fat granule group was 94.00%(47/50),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the silicone transplantation treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the autologous fat granule group was 6.00%(3/50),which was significantly lower than 76.00%(38/50)of the silicone transplantation treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The appearance satisfaction score and appearance satisfaction of patients in the autologous fat granule group were significantly higher than those in the silicone transplantation treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in the treatment of facial depression deformity are better than those of silicone transplantation,and the appearance satisfaction of patients is higher,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
