Effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with methotrexate tablets on immune function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with methotrexate tablets on immune function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 100 patients with RA treated from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and oral methotrexate tablets,and the observation group was given Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS,FMA and AIMS2-SF scores in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,RF,anti-CCP antibodies,IL-1β,IL-17,TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with methotrexate tablets in the treatment of RA patients has a significant clinical effect,and it can improve the immune function of patients.
