The Effect of Early Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing After Interventional Myocardial Infarction on the Prognosis of Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing and its influence on the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction after interventional surgery.Methods From July 2019 to August 2020,the Liushun Community Health Service Center of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital was selected 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)treated by interventional procedures.The random number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was taken routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was taken early cardiac rehabilitation intervention on its basis.Compared cardiac output(CO),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and 6-min walk test(6 MWT),limb function,ability of daily living,and incidence of complications.Results HR levels after intervention in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);CO levels and 6 MWT levels in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);MAP levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention The scores of upper limb function,lower limb function and ability of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications of heart failure,dyspnea,upper limb hematoma,and blood pressure fluctuations in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than that in the control group 26.19%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of myocardial infarction after interventional intervention is helpful to improve the patient’s heart function,improve the patient’s exercise tolerance,enhance the limb function and improve the patient's daily activity ability,and reduce the occurrence of complications after treatment and it is worthy of popularization and application.
