Application of Systematic Health Education in Nursing Care of Spinal Fracture

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with spinal fracture and evaluate the effect of systematic health education on their clinical rehabilitation.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with spinal fracture in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with routine nursing and systematic health education by random number method,60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the study group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,including health knowledge mastery rate,spinal function,nursing satisfaction score,pain score and quality of life score.Results The health knowledge mastering rate 95%and nursing satisfaction score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the modified Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,visual analogue scale/score(VAS)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of GQOL-74 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education can improve the health knowledge mastery rate of patients with spinal fracture,so as to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,meet the nursing needs of patients,significantly promote the recovery of spinal function of patients,and then improve the quality of life of patients,which has the implementation value.
