Application effect of optimized emergency nursing process in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the application effect of optimized emergency nursing process in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The clinical data of 300 patients with AMI treated in emergency department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.Routine emergency nursing process was implemented in the control group and optimized emergency nursing process was implemented in the observation group.The emergency treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of triage evaluation,the time of the first ECG,the time of troponin report,the time of venous channel establishment,the time of consultation to rescue room,the time from visit to administration and the time of first aid in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the LVDd was less than that of the control group,and the troponin level after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the hospital recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing process in AMI rescue can significantly shorten the rescue time,increase the rescue effect and patients'satisfaction,and improve the prognostic indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
