Effect of Gualou Xialing decoction combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome and its influences on vascular endothelial function indexes,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels of patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Gualou Xialing decoction combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome and its influence on vascular endothelial function indexes,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected for this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by lot method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment according to the situation of patients,and bisoprolol was given at the same time.The observation group was added with Gualou Xialing decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ET-1 in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,while the levels of NO and VEGF were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups was less than that before treatment,the duration was shorter than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gualou Xialing decoction combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm blocking heart pulse syndrome can achieve satisfactory clinical effect,it can improve vascular endothelial function indexes,adjust the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of body,and reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks and duration,which is worthy of popularization.
