Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 755 nm picosecond laser focus honeycomb instant lens combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of loose coarse pores.Methods A total of 30 patients with loose coarse pores were treated with 755 nm picosecond laser focus honeycomb instant lens.After treatment,recombinant human epidermal growth factor was coated.The changes of evaluation indexes,effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,all indexes of patients were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The treatment satisfaction rate was 80%.Conclusion 755 nm picosecond laser focus honeycomb instant lens combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor has a definite effect on improving loose pore size without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
