Effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on cognition level,self-care ability and psychological state of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery

Objective To explore the effecs of cognitive behavior intervention on cognition level,self-care ability and psychological state of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,50 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the nursing mode,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the cognition level(basic knowledge,behavior knowledge,disease perception),self-care ability(self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge level),psychological state(optimism,tenacity,self-improvement)and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral intervention in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery is conducive to improving cognition level,self-care ability,psychological state and quality of life.
