The Influence of Whole Process Management of Link Control on Cleaning and Sterilization Effect of Digestive Endoscope

Objective To explore the influence of whole-process control management on cleaning and disinfection,sterilization quality and nosocomial infection rate of digestive endoscopy.Methods The cleaning and disinfection of endoscopy room,Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital,from January 2017 to January 2018 were routine management.From February 2018 to February 2019 were whole-process management of link control.Randomly selected 1600 and 1500 digestive endoscopes and their accessories,respectively,compared and analyzed the cleaning and disinfection pass rate,sterilization pass rate,recovery pass rate,classification pass rate,acceptance pass rate and distribution pass rate of the digestive endoscope and its accessories before and after management.Compared the nosocomial infection status of corresponding patients.Results The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection and sterilization of digestive endoscopy and its accessories after management were 99.20%and 99.00%,which were significantly higher than 84.38%and 81.88%before management(P<0.05).After management,the average monthly replacement frequency of cleaning brush,macula,gauze wear of digestive endoscopy and its accessories were significantly lower than those before management(P<0.05).The acceptance rates of recovery,classification,acceptance and distribution of digestive endoscopy after management were 99.33%,99.07%,97.67% and 96.80%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those before management(86.81%,85.56%,85.63%and 86.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After management,the nosocomial infection rate of patients with corresponding diagnosis and treatment was 0.67%,significantly lower than the 1.56%before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall management of link control can significantly improve the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of digestive endoscopy,and reduce nosocomial infection.
