延续性优质护理干预对肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力和依从性的影响

目的 分析延续性优质护理干预对肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力和依从性的影响。方法 选取2018年4月至2020年8月我院进行维持性血液透析的100例肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予延续性优质护理干预。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分、Scr、BUN水平均降低,GSES评分升高,且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的依从性、自我管理能力各项评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 延续性优质护理干预对肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的护理效果显著,能有效改善患者的心理状态,降低Scr、BUN水平,提高其依从性和自我管理能力。

Effects of continuous high-quality nursing intervention on self-management ability and compliance of patients with renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To analyze the effects of continuous high-quality nursing intervention on self-management ability and compliance of patients with renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with renal failure who underwent maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous high-quality nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores,Scr and BUN levels in the two groups decreased,the GSES score increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of compliance and self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous high-quality nursing intervention applied in patients with renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis has a significant nursing effect,it can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the levels of Scr and BUN,and improve their compliance and self-management ability.
