| 摘 要： | 心力衰竭是临床上一种较为常见的疾病，会对患者的身心健康产生严重影响，而心力衰竭患者的诊断、治疗则是确保治疗及时、延缓疾病发展，以及提高患者生存率的关键途径。目前，临床上对心力衰竭患者的诊断多依据实验室检查、心脏相关特殊检查、影像学检查，其中肺部超声在其中的应用极为重要，为临床诊断和治疗提供了关键性参考依据。基于此，为进一步探究肺部超声与心力衰竭疾病之间的关系，本文针对肺部超声在心力衰竭患者中的应用现状和进展完成相应综述。

| Abstract: | Heart failure is a common clinical disease,which has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of patients.The diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart failure is the key way to ensure timely treatment,delay the development of the disease,and improve the survival rate of patients.At present,the clinical diagnosis of patients with heart failure is mainly based on laboratory examination,special examination related to heart,imaging examination,among which the application of pulmonary ultrasound is very important,providing a key reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Based on this,in order to further explore the relationship between pulmonary ultrasound and heart failure,this paper reviews the status and progress of pulmonary ultrasound in patients with heart failure. |
