利水强心方改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的临床研究

目的观察利水强心方对慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能改善疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年9月至2018年1月在中国中医科学院广安门医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予西药基础治疗,治疗组在西药基础治疗上加用利水强心方颗粒剂,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、左心室射血分数、6分钟步行试验、血浆脑钠肽前体水平及安全性指标。结果治疗后两组间中医证候积分、6分钟步行距离比较(P<0.05),左心室射血分数、血浆脑钠肽前体水平比较(P<0.01),差异有显著性。结论利水强心方可进一步改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,提高左心室射血分数,降低血浆脑钠肽前体水平,具有良好的安全性及有效性。

Clinical study of Lishui Qiangxin Recipe on improving heart function in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Lishui Qiangxin Recipe in improving heart function in patients with chronic heart failure.Method Patients with chronic heart failure in Guang’anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and 30 cases in each group were finally included in the analysis.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given basic Western medicine treatment plus Lishui Qiangxin Recipe.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.Result After treatment of the two groups,the differences in TCM syndrome scores,left ventricular ejection fraction,6 minutes walking distance,and plasma NT-proBNP levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lishui Qiangxin Decoction could further improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure,increase the left ventricular ejection fraction,and reduce the level of plasma NT-proBNP.It had good safety and effectiveness.
