Effects of early touch combined with blue light irradiation on bilirubin levels and immune function in children with neonatal jaundice

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of early touch combined with blue light irradiation on bilirubin levels and immune function in children with neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 150 children with neonatal jaundice received in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects. The children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given early touch combined with blue light irradiation intervention. The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The first defecation time, jaundice regression time, fetal stool yellowing time, hospital stay, defecation frequency and sleep time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the jaundice index, levels of TBIL, DBIL and IBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Early touch combined with blue light irradiation has a significant effect in the treatment of children with neonatal jaundice, which can effectively improve the relevant clinical indicators, reduce the jaundice index and level of relevant serum indicators, and improve the immune function of children.
