Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention in Painless Digestive Endoscopy

Objective To analyze the physical and mental status and nursing needs of patients with painless digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,and to evaluate the promoting effect of comprehensive nursing intervention assistance on patients’diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 200 patients with painless digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into groups for nursing according to the order of admission.100 patients in the control group were received routine nursing,and 100 patients in the observation group were received comprehensive nursing intervention,which was approved by the ethics committee and participated in informed consent cooperation of patients.The nursing effects of painless digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment were compared between the two groups,including the success rate of diagnosis and treatment,nursing satisfaction,complication rate,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,anxiety score and compliance behavior.Among them,patients’anxiety was assessed by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results The ratio of success rate of diagnosis and treatment and nursing satisfaction among groups was significantly higher in observation group than in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were more stable than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of medical behavior in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as cardiac arrest,digestive tract perforation and respiratory arrest was significantly lower in the observation group(2.00%)than in the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the diagnosis and treatment of painless digestive endoscopy,patients may experience physical and mental stress reaction,thus affecting the development and effect of diagnosis and treatment,and even affecting the safety of patients.During the diagnosis and treatment of painless digestive endoscopy,comprehensive nursing intervention can stabilize patients’vital signs and emotions,thus improving the diagnosis and treatment effect and safety of patients,and the nursing effect is ideal.
