Application value of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and its influence on ovarian function indexes of patients

Objective To explore the application value of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and its influence on ovarian function indexes of patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with ovarian cyst treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was given transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,and the control group was given traditional three-port laparoscopic surgery.The operation time,amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay and degree of pain,ovarian function indexes before and 1 month after operation and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and 1 month after operation,there were no significant differences in the levels of E₂,FSH and LH between the two groups(P>0.05);one month after operation,the level of E₂ in the two groups was lower than that before operation,and the levels of FSH and LH were higher than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 21.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has the advantages of less trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,it can improved ovarian function indexes of patients,with fewer complications,which is worthy of promotion.
